Welcome to the online BillPay page.  Just click on the "Pay Now" icon below and fill out the required information to begin using Online E-Bill Pay.  All you need is your account number, then enter your name as it appears on your bill.

This service is available 24/7 allowing you to quickly and securely have access to pay your utility bill.  Your account will be updated within one business day if payment is made before 8 am and paid with a credit card.  If paying online with a check please allow 6 days for processing.

If your account is delinquent, or if you have received a shut-off notice or your service is currently disconnected, you must call Mt. Pleasant City Utility Services (462-2456 ext 100 or 103) BEFORE making a payment.

IMPORTANT: The City is not liable if you received a shut-off notice and do not call the Utility Billing Office.  Your services may be disconnected and you will be subject to the $100 fee (plus a new security deposit, if required).  If you are currently disconnected and want to make a payment, please call the City Hall first.
